What would be your daily bread?
Develop various Salesforce-specific solutions to cover the client's needs based on the given requirements or business scenarios.
Apply apex, LWC, or other code-based solutions when the given requirements can't be met by standard features.
Analyse, suggest and apply no-code solutions when applicable.
Meet with the solution/technical architects on regular basis and bring technical insights in the design discussions.
Provide an extensive support to the deployment and release process.
Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
Develop in-depth documentation and training materials, and mentor junior team members.
What should you bring with you?
Experience is crucial:
Experience with programming on Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, VisualForce) and Object Oriented (OO) design patterns.
Proven experience with running the CI/CD process and various tools supporting it.
Advanced knowledge of various integration patterns in Salesforce environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English on a high level (C1), it will be your daily language.
Desired Salesforce Certifications include:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
any other developer or architect certifications are more than welcome
