What would be your daily bread?
Collaborate with clients to analyse their business processes and gather requirements for Salesforce implementations.
Collaborate with clients to define and document requirements, user stories, and project deliverables.
Customize Salesforce applications, objects, fields, workflows, and automation processes.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
Develop in-depth documentation and training materials, and mentor junior team members.
What should you bring with you?
Experience is crucial:
Experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, …)
Proven experience with Salesforce configuration and customization; leading implementation projects from start to finish.
Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English on a high level (C1), it will be your daily language.
Desired Salesforce Certifications include:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant
