To help us achieve that, we are now looking for an experienced client management professional to bring the FLO value proposition to our target markets and prospective clients.
Your contribution to our success story will be direct and tangible.
You will play a vital part of the success story we are writing at FLO.
Your main daily bread will be:
· Being the main point of contact for both clients and prospects in your patch
· Owning the sales cycle, successfully converting qualified leads into signed revenue
· Becoming a trusted advisor to your clients and being able to sell solutions instead of products
· Listening to the voice of your customers to help build solutions that have a real impact on their business
· Focusing on new client acquisition while keeping a close eye on your Tier 1 clients
· Introducing your clients to additional offerings spanning the full Mind2FLO service portfolio
· Engaging in joint sales activities alongside our trusted alliance partners
· Actively collaborating across our orgs, establishing efficient ways of working across the company
Your performance will be evaluated against a set of KPIs, which include among others: Signed Revenue, Recognized Revenue, New Logo Wins, Multi-stream wins, etc.
