As the bridge between marketing and sales your role will to develop and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, as well as generate new business through outbound outreach. You would be helping us bring our value proposition to our target markets.

A Day In The Life of a FLO BDR involves 💰
Analysing customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads
Compiling comprehensive lists of potential leads, including their contact information, for proactive outreach
Prospecting (cold calls, social, etc) to connect with prospective customers or clients including c-level executives
Qualifying and promptly responding to inbound inquiries from hot leads
Developing and executing engaging email campaigns to attract and nurture new leads
Collaborating closely with sales to convert prospective customers into clients
What we are looking for in a candidate 🙌
Driven self-starter with a strong desire to learn and advance in their sales career
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in both Czech and English, German a big plus
Comfortable with sales outreach activities including cold calling
Around one year of professional experience
Organized with strong sense of ownership
Experience with CRM software, productivity tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Suite (no need to be a pro yet :)
